Staff was very helpful and check-in and out is mostly through a computer, but they guide you if you have any issues. We only had breakfast once but it was very good and worth the price. The bathroom was great, with a jet tub to soak in after a long day, as well as a very nice shower. The hotel-supplied pajamas were very comfy and I wore them every night. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

Hotel was easy to access, friendly, conveniently located, appealing aesthetic, clean and organized with a long list of amenities. Some amenities were restricted if you had visible tattoos therefore I did not get to utilize all this hotel had to offer.

"Great location in close proximity to Tachikawa train station, shops and restaurants. The facilities seemed brand new and the staff professionally addressed anything needed. There were even bikes you can use in the lobby. I will stay there again when in Tachikawa."
