"This was our first trip to the Maldives, and we absolutely loved every moment of it! We visited to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday, and staying at OBLU Xperience Ailafushi turned out to be the perfect choice. The resort is just a short 15-minute speedboat ride from the airport, which made getting there quick and easy.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the resort itself is very family-oriented, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The overwater gym was a highlight — there’s nothing quite like working out while watching a stunning Maldivian sunset.
There was also a great variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — something for every taste. The ocean water around the island was crystal clear, calm, and perfect for snorkeling or swimming alongside the colourful fish.
We loved every single day we spent there and would definitely recommend OBLU Xperience Ailafushi to anyone planning a Maldives getaway!"

The island and resort are beautiful but so are many in the Maldives what set this place apart was the service. In the reviews everyone raved about the service and now that we experienced it we know why! You get a dedicated concierge upon your arrival who ensures you have a wonderful time and plans your stay according to your preferences so you can just enjoy and relax. But it goes beyond that, we were surprised with so many special and personal touches that just put the service above and beyond anything we expected.
