The hotel and spa delivers excellent service an amenities, I felt well looked after and cared for my entire visit, especially by the security and concierges who made sure I was safe entering and exiting the building and always had a positive attitude towards my stay!
The room is nice, I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and took great use of the large bath. The complimentary water was also very much appreciated! Overall I think the hotel is nice and worth a visit :)

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff is great, as are the delicious breakfasts. A great property! Hotel is convenient to many shops, including a great leather goods store, and “Its Good Kitchen”, an excellent and popular lunch and dinner spot.

"This area was absolutely gorgeous! It was remote and very peaceful. The staff was above and beyond in their care and helpfulness. We were a little confused on how to leave this area as there was a small landslide that blocked one of the roads and one of the owners took the time not just to explain ..."
