"Great stay"

"Deluxe room has great views and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Typical Turkish breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Needs attention to detail to improve overall experience (no teaspoon for in room coffee, no extra towels for jacuzzi, TV and internet was not working on arrival). Be prepared to walk 15min to the centre of Fethiye and a small but steep hill. Overall very good for our purposes "

"Sectigimiz oda çift kişilik tek yatak yazmasına rağmen bize ayrı ayrı tek yatak verilmişti resepsiyona söylediğimiz zaman başka bir odaya alabiliriz ama fiyat farkı vermeniz gerekiyor dedi vermek zorunda kaldık tuttuğumuz oda görseldeki ile aynı değildi ve yardımcı olunmadı, Valesiz otopark oldugu yaziyordu fakat sokakta yer bulursaniz ancak park edebiliyorsunuz genellikle yer yok 8 9 dakikalik yurume mesafesine park edebiliiorsunuz ve yurumek zor oluyor sicakta Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü fakat...

"Merhaba otel çok eski , akşam receptıondaki arkadaş kalkıp yerınden odayı göstermeye tenelzül etmedi yardımcı olmadı . Puanlama yaptık diye hesap sordular neyını beğenmedınız die neyını beğenelım ,Odanın manzarası dışında hiçbir iyi yanı yok inanılmaz yolun gürültüsü var , klimayı açın dedıler bize biz düşünemıyoruz gibi klimaylanım sesınden ztn uyunmuyor , duvarlar çatlak kapılar kapanmıyor ahşap heryeri dökülmüş tuvaletlerin klozetleri sararmış eskimekten , bahçeye hayvan pisliği temızlenmemiş...

"Air conditioning barely worked and was very noisy. Other guests were screaming at staff and threatening to call the police for unknown reasons. Parking is either unavailable or requires a lengthy debate with the staff to use. Ended up checking out a day early without any refund and booked a hotel elsewhere."

"We had a wonderful stay at Juglans! The reception staff were always available and very helpful throughout our visit. The apartment itself was spotless and full equipped with everything we needed - fridge, freezer, washing machine, toiletries, towels, hairdryer and air conditioning. It’s a perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants, plus a supermarket 1 minute around the corner.
