Kullaberg's Vineyard

No nonsense and minimalist

Good hotel in good location. Bit short staffed when things were needed but overall would recommend.

The hotel is large and conveniently located next to the airport and City Metro station, making it a good option for transport connections. It also has a spacious garden, and the solar panels were an interesting feature. There is a big shopping centre next to you. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. Breakfast finished at 10 am, and the staff seemed rushed, almost giving guests an ultimatum to finish and leave while they were clearing away the food. The room was not properly cleaned on the first day. When I raised this the following day, the dirty plates and cups were simply removed, but the old coffee and other items were left behind. I also noticed bins turned upside down and other housekeeping issues, which gave the impression that staff lacked proper coordination and clear procedures. Overall, although the hotel has a good location and some attractive facilities, the housekeeping and breakfast service need significant improvement. Better organisation, cleanliness and a more welcoming attitude from staff would make a big difference to the guest experience.
