The location, food and staff were excellent. Internet access was choppy. I know there are some renovations goin on which have brought some improvements.

Okay. Clean room. Good food options. WiFi is erratic in some rooms.

The property was undergoing renovations which I can’t remember seeing this disclosed in the reviews. The first room we were offered had black mold in the ceiling. The hallways were dark at night… absolutely no lighting. The carpets were very soiled and stained heavily. The staff was kind and gave us a tour of what the new pool area would look like, but unfortunately the current state of the facility was not good at all especially for the price.

For the price, the internet was out for 3 whole days and i stayed 7 days at a very high rate. The hotel should not be as expensive as it is
This hotel should remove the carpets. They also need to do a much better job on cleanliness. It is a little scary to be walking in and seeing a metal detector

The cost of this property does not reflect the condition of the property. The carpet is too old, the bed is too weak and old, and the whole surroundings within the hotel is very poor. I was very disappointed with the conditions.
