The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and every time we returned to the property.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to everything but not so close that it was noisy. We’ll definitely be back!

Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious.
Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.

Breakfast smelt good but we chose other options. What the hotel could use being adjacent to Universal Studios is park map handouts. While universal has a website, the map is not intuitive to phone use. Having a map to carry around would be super useful. We were here 5 years ago and they had the maps ...

I had a comfortable stay at Washington Hotel Kansai Airport. The room was spacious, much larger than I expected for an airport hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the terminal and train station. Great choice for travelers catching early flights.
