Staff were lovely and the hotel was in a convenient location. Our room was upgraded and the beds were very comfortable. If I travelled to Istanbul again I'd stay here.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is delicious. The only one think I want to mention is that the rooms are not big, they are very Overwall, the stay was excellent.

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly. Do not stay in the lower bedrooms located on the reception level as you are above the restaurant and all you can hear is chairs being dragged on the floor when people go to get their breakfast from 730am !!
Roof bar is amazing.

"This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available.
