"1 - No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Mirror fogs up when using shower. 2 - HVAC - Very noisy when it is running. 3 - Hallway temperature is very cold (59 degrees reading) on the 3rd floor thermostat located near elevators. 4 - checkout - There was no one at registration desk at 7:35 am to check me out. Problem is I was required to leave a deposit of $100.00 on a credit card to cover anything I might need. With no one there, how am I getting that deposit refunded or removed from that card? 5 - Lack of food service in the whole area doesnโt warrant a return visit."

"Our stay at Allegheny Springs was great. We were on the first floor so we had walkout access to the pool area. A short walk to several restaurants and shops. Fantastic mountain view."

"There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."
