"No not at all. I mainly wanted to use the pool since I love swimming. Pool was cold and there were no lifeguards when I tried to swim at 530 pm on Match 5th. It should have been open till 10 pm just like gym.The temperature was supposed to be 28.4 like every other indoor pools in the hotels worldwide. It was only 22C. So I couldn't swim. My reservation was for 3 days. I only stayed one night. Following morning I talked to 2 managers in the hotel they both said there is nothing they could do so I left the hotel in the morning of March 6th. I paid for 3 nights, half board , March 5 ,6 and 7. I only had dinner on March 5th. I didn't even have breakfast on March 6th because I was so upset after talking to the managers. They were not friendly and not willing to help at all. I lost my money thru no fault of mine. I moved to a different hotel with a functioning pool and my vacation ended up being more expensive unexpectedly and unfairly. I would give this hotel 1 star "

"The internet was extremely slow, only about 10 MB, and only on one device. The minimum internet speed must be not less than 50 MB. Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. I originally booked for seven days, but after two days I was ready to leave."

"We lived for two weeks. The apartment is quite large, a hall, a bedroom, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a gas stove. The dishes are enough to cook almost any food. Included in the accommodation breakfast in two cafes to choose from. The washing machine is in the room, very convenient. Balcony with furniture and mountain view. TV with wi-fi. Cleaning, changing towels and delivery of 2 litres of water daily. The staff is friendly, always friendly and ready to help in any matter. The beach is far away, 40 minutes on foot. We used a taxi if necessary. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. We liked everything and the size of the room and the cleanliness and amenities. Thank you."

"I spent almost a month at this hotel which was clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and the restaurant served good food. But the real gems were the staff. Everyone was over the top nice and helpful but two people deseve special recognition. I needed so much help with documents for my visa and Melis was more helpful and efficient than a personal assistant! I am so grateful to her. And Guler, the housekeeper on my floor took such good care of me! These ladies were so amazing and are the reason I will go back to this hotel whenever I visit Antalya. "

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"
