The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve. Travelling time about 45mins to 1 hour to City centre during daytime depends on traffic condition. It's located at new town. However, the staffs is very very helpful and friendly. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is typical china style and limited variety. Overall it is nice place to stay.

Location in old town, good food all around, accessibility to other location, pleasant staff and room well kept each day. Can do enough shopping just around 50 meters radius. Heavy luggages from main road to hotel through no-drive zone is manageable despite the large cobbled tiles. Need accept a conserved building structure and surrounded by lively streets all around - they do provide ear plugs. For people who wants a local feel.

From location to the staff and the room, everything is perfect

Spacious room for its price. Walkable distance to and fro Kunming Railway Station. There are convenience stores and a supermarket located just around the neighbourhood.

Decent room, good service!

Awesome..Beyond expectations

Stayed in a club room and it is big and spacious and the bed is comfy too. The view is breathtaking at level 40. The service at the club was top notch with a good list of drinks and food was fresh and delicious.

This property is really amazing and i really enjoyed myself gere. The staff is great and ill like to give cassy a shoutout. She really helped made my stay very very enjoyable.
