Hotels with Internet in Kunming

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve. Staff was prompt in replying to all my emails by various staff which gave me...

Location in old town, good food all around, accessibility to other location, pleasant staff and room well kept each day. Can do enough shopping just around 50 meters radius. Heavy luggages from main road to hotel through no-drive zone is manageable despite the large cobbled tiles. Need accept a conserved building structure and surrounded by lively streets all around - they do provide ear plugs. For people who wants a local feel.

Travelling time about 45mins to 1 hour to City centre during daytime depends on traffic condition. It's located at new town. However, the staffs is very very helpful and friendly. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is typical china style and limited variety. Overall it is nice place to stay.

Receptionist number 4 very nice auto upgraded to better room

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a night. This place deserves the 5 stars as the staff on duty at the front desk was very friendly, efficient. Breakfast was good. Thank you for making our stay comfortable with you friendly and warm welcoming team.

Stayed in a club room and it is big and spacious and the bed is comfy too. The view is breathtaking at level 40. The service at the club was top notch with a good list of drinks and food was fresh and delicious.

Upon checking in the receptionist on duty was very friendly but does not speak English very well. I wanted two rooms with connecting door and she tried to help but unable find the availability. However, she managed put both rooms next to one another but the rooms were located very far from the elevator which was not ideal at all. My room airconditioning system was not working. Although I put the temperature at lowest it was warm . Fortunately there was a ceiling fan which I had to leave it...

Excellent location with easy access to the commercial pedestrian streets (eateries and shops). But beware of the vehicles accessibility to the hotel (10 pm~10 am). Depending on your drop off points, you may have to walk a distance to the hotel with your luggages.
