9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Property is in a good location with great restaurants near by. Room was fine but small. Hard to find a place for luggage. Laundry really did take 4+ hours. I would suggest removing the laundry machine, mirror, and put the record player on a shelf there with storage for bags underneath, so easier to move around in a small but great room.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (115 reviews)
We had such a great stay at Tabi Ueno! The room was very clean, spacious, and modern, with super comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also loved that pajamas were provided! The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with lots of great food, shopping, and convenience stores nearby. It was such a convenient spot for exploring Tokyo with our family. Everything was comfortable and well thought out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! ありがとうございました (Arigatou gozaimashita)! We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

"The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly overall and the front desk staff spoke English, which I by no means expect but certainly appreciate. The place was nice, clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many shops and restaurants and just z few minutes walk from Omiya station. The AC ..."
