The hotel staff are EXCELLENT, super nice, super friendly, they speak multiple languages, they helped me through losing my phone on the first day of my trip and i got it back!!! Even the cleaning staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, room is good, hotel is nice, clean, bed comfy, however, the location is not close to any public transportation and you need to walk around 15 min to catch a bus.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Great shower too! Location is excellent for visiting the sights in the Sultanahmet area, but a few steps away from the most crowded areas.
I have one complaint: 3 days into our 4 day stay, they told us that breakfast is not included and we would have to pay for breakfast going forward. I showed them the confirmation from hotels.com clearly said "breakfast included"; they showed me the printout from their system that said "room only". I pointed out that it's their responsibility to ensure the information on hotels.com is accurate, not mine. They never apologized.
Otherwise I had a great stay.
One other note: the hotel is probably not suitable for people with accessibility needs. Entering requires going down a flight of stairs. After that their is an elevator, but it is extremely small.

The property was lovely and the staff were very helpful and made us feel like home. We had breakfast in the restaurant 3 times - but for the price I would have only gone there once. The room was beautiful and had everything we could want in it - only thing was I wish it had more natural light. Overall we were happy we stayed there the ambience exceeded our expectations.
