"We wanted a cost-effective place to stay the night as our ferry arrived late in Liepaja. We found parking right behind the hotel, front desk was manned by an English-speaking young lady, so check-in was fuss-free. The family room was very large, generally clean, but well-worn (furniture had chips off the edges, some scratches on wall, etc). I lost booking confirmation and was worried if I'll be able to check-in, but everything was ok, lady at lobby found my booking everything went smoothly. Free parking at the front of hotel. Excellent location, good breakfast (a bit expensive 12EUR/head), but there are some nice alternatives around to have great morning coffee an meal. --"

"I chose this hotel on the basis of it being close to my family. I would like to commend them for their very warm welcome in the early hours of the morning when I arrived. They made me feel like a very special guest. The reception staff here are outstanding.
