"Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel nicht mit Expedia zusammenarbeitet und unsere Reservierung damit nicht gültig wäre. Außerdem sei das Hotel ausgebucht und so standen wir erstmal nach der Anreise da. Nach einer langen Diskussion mit der unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin gab es doch noch einen Platz für uns Die Kissen waren steinhart und das Klima funktionierte nicht.
