Great hotel and price

Great hotel for the price. The location was perfect in the centre and easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good with bread and honey or jam, fresh herbs and salad items and a selection of cheeses, meats and hard boiled eggs. A lovely roof terrace for breakfast with views of the city and the pool was clean and quiet. The only slight downside is the very small dated bathroom, but it was clean and everything worked so we were happy with it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

Avoid Hotel Surtel at All Costs – Absolute Disappointment ​Ismail Bey, here is a strong, direct draft for your review based on your experience: ​Rating: 1 / 5 Stars ​I would NEVER recommend Hotel Surreal to anyone. This property does not deserve a 3-star rating—not by a long shot. ​My negative experience began before I even stepped foot inside. When I called ahead to inquire about parking, the staff member mentioned they had a garage but admitted he wasn't sure if there would actually be space for my car. Upon arrival, I dropped my family off at the entrance and went to park. ​It turns out their "parking" is actually a nearby restaurant’s underground lot with an extremely steep, badly angled ramp. Going down, the entrance scraped and damaged the underbody of my car. Worse still, once I made it downstairs, there were zero available spots. I spent nearly 15 minutes pulling tedious maneuvers just to turn the car around and scrape back out. ​The hotel itself is terribly maintained: ​Rooms & Building: Entirely run-down and outdated. ​Bathroom: Straight out of the Stone Age. The toilet water reservoir was broken and didn't function at all. ​Hallways: Dark, gloomy, and poorly lit. ​Breakfast: Utterly disappointing. When ordering a traditional Turkish breakfast at a rated hotel, serving tea in tiny, flimsy paper cups instead of proper glass tea cups is completely unacceptable. ​Save your money, your vehicle, and your sanity. Stay somewhere else in Kuşadası.

Bad service at the reception, receptionist Doggu said literally it's 3 star what do you expect. 3 star hotel is middle standard but this hotel is really low standard. Only good about it is the location.

Es war alles schrecklich dreckig schmutzig. Ich würde dann nie wieder hinfahren und ich werde niemanden empfehlen, in dieses Hotel zu fahren. Betten waren dreckig, Badezimmer dreckig und alt es war alles unmöglich.

Nicht EMPFEHLEN!!!! Steht in der Website (wifi kann man in ihrem Zimmer benutzen) aber war nur in der Lobby. Kühlschrank in der Zimmer wurde nicht funktioniert.zuerst war der Zimmer nicht sauber. Nach Aufforderung zur Reinigung wurde das Zimmer gereinigt
