Pillow case has stains on it and on the day that supposed to be changing new bedding, it was just switched from one pillow to another so the bedding and pillow cases were never changed during our 5 nights stay. Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo
The room was spacious (we got upgraded, which was a plus!) wonderful shower, and the blackout curtains were great. The beds were a little more firm than I’m used to, but overall, it was a wonderful stay!

They don’t have spa…. The massage service is only offered in the room, which may not be ideal for guests traveling with children. It’s difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience without a dedicated spa or massage are
