"Thermal pools and massage were great. Friendly front desk team however; I can’t say the same thing for the restaurant. Restaurant staff was lacking, I don’t think it’s being short staffed it looked like there were a lot of staff but they seemed not organized. Sea is not that clean and kids friendly, no beach access. Parking was also an issue as they looked like they were allowing locals to come dine and park and that didn’t leave spots for hotel guests"
