Die Stadt bietet eine Mischung aus kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten, historischen Stätten, Thermalbädern und natürlicher Schönheit, die für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub sorgen. Jedoch muss man sagen, dass es sehr dreckig und laut ist. Ich finde alle Städte in der Türkei schön aber Kütahya würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Très bien pour un court séjour. Nous avons passé une nuit en chemin vers Istanbul. On était au 2ième étage...un peu de bruit de la rue bien qu'on nous avait assurés qu'il y en aurait pas...Dpommage que le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus

A very fine luxury hotel in Kutahya. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were most helpful and pleasant. Parking is ample behind the hotel.

Muhteşem Personel

Odalarda, özellikle banyolarda yapılması gereken bazı onarım/tadilat işleri var. Otel resepsiyonuna bildirdik bunları. Genel olarak iyi bir otel ve şehrin tam merkezinde. sabah kahvaltılarını otelde yaptık. Oldukça yeterli bir menü var ancak hepsinden iyisi, hizmet veren personelin güler yüzlü, dost ve yardımcı tavırları. Sıtkı Usta tam anlamıyla muhteşem. Onun kadar müşteri odaklı, uzman bir personel bulmak gerçekten çok zor. Resepsiyon görevlisinden koruma görevlilerine kadar tüm personel gerçekten çok kaliteli. Misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

4 yıldızlı güzel otel

Kütahya merkezinde bir gece kaldığım otelde 2 durum beni rahatsız etti. Gece vale yoktu. Aracınızı ücretsiz otoparka kendiniz götürmek zorundasınız . Otoparktan otele asansör var . İkincisi ise odanın klimasını ayarlamak mümkün değildi. Oda çok sıcak ve ben sıcakta yatamam. Klima ayarı var ama çalışmıyor muhtemelen. Camı açtım o da güvenlik açısından çok az açılıyordu. Bunun dışında otelin,odanın , banyonun ve yatakların temizliği çok iyi. Klima olursa severek yine kalırım . Personeller çok candan ve güleryüzlüler .

Rahat, konforlu, sıcacık bir otel

Kütahya’ya ilk defa gelecekler için gayet sorunsuz risk almadan konaklayabileceğiniz bir tesis.Çalışanlar nazik ve ilgili. Otel genel anlamıyla temiz, merkezi bir konumda. Çevrede bir çok yeme içme alışveriş imkanı mevcut. Binanın yanında Migros var. Odalar normal büyüklükte, ısınma sorunu yok. Buklet malzemeleri vermiyorlar, şampuan diş macunu gibi ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda götürün. Bir çok Hilton otelinde konakladım ilk defa bu bakım kitleri yoktu, diş macununu isterseniz extra para ödeyip temin edebilirsiniz dediler, saçma geldi. Otel terliği mevcuttu. Sigara içilen odaları var rezervasyon sırasında talep etmelisiniz. Restaurant fiyatları İstanbul’da ortalama bir mekan ile aynı ancak alkollü içecek menüsü pahalı ve çok az çeşit var. Kahvaltısı idare eder klasik otel kahvaltısıydı. Otelin yangın merdiveni ve söndürme sistemleri katta ve odalarda mevcuttu buna özel olarak baktım:( Genel olarak memnun kaldık güzel dinlendik teşekkür ederiz.
