"Reasonably comfortable and clean, with very affordable rates. it's a bit of a drive from the center, but the discounted price pays for all of the taxis you'll need. Breakfast is a bit limited, but was tasty. Overall a nice enough little hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful."

There are large single family houses with gardens on the street and recreational park some 10 min walk away, it has a cable car which will take you down to the city centre in 2 min. Family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful, they also have a dog and 3 cats one of which is rescued. breakfasts are great or they can offer you a lunch box if you leave early. "Mike und seine Frau haben sich extrem gut um unsere Familie gekümmert. Das Essen war super viel und lecker. Die Tipps von Mike waren alle großartig und man hat auch viel von ihm über Kutaissi und Georgien selbst lernen können."
"Very hospitable owners of this house ❤️ Thanks to Vova and Khatuna for such a meeting ❤️ You are great! I liked it! They met me at the airport ❤️ then they also have a very tasty breakfast ❤️ the house itself is new, they opened only this year ❤️ The rooms are super comfortable, the level of a four-star hotel, that's the minimum ❤️ Vova's vodka is just super! I'll come again ❤️"
"Giorgi was an incredible host. He was attentive and always available to answer questions. His fluent English made it easy for us to communicate. The room was amazingly clean with a mini fridge that included a freezer enabling me to keep my water ice cold. The attention to detail including providing toiletries, coffee, bathrobe, disposable slippers, bottled water etc made for a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walk to the center and departure points for tours. I loved...

"Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions!
The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get!
Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!"
"We really enjoyed staying in Hotel Casa Calda. Room was clean and had a safe and very spacious! It is a two story building where the family lives on the first floor and the accommodations/rooms are in a renovated second floor so beware if you have mobility issues.
It is about a 25 min. walk to downtown, but there was a lovely restaurant along the way and a very good convenience store nearby. The Bolt app also makes it very reasonably priced to get downtown.
You have to ring for service as the front desk is not manned 24/7 but the family was very nice. It was ran by a duo of women and the younger of the two spoke very good English. Very much recommended if you're staying in Kutaisi."
