"For an all inclusive you'll expect them to have at least toiletries in the room, but they don't. Lady at the reception assumed I'm Russian and gave me the property rules in Russian (I did not speak Russian nor do I have a Russian passport ). The rooms weren't cleaned very well, and the staff at the breakfast was rude."
