"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "The Black Sea was visible between other high-rise buildings, so it wasn't the best view, but it was fine. It was a very nice new room though and very close to a mall. Plus it was close to the airport. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was amazingly good."

"Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. The only thing is that when they cleaned the room they didn't change the sheets, just fixed them. Honestly and truly one of the best hotels I've been to. "

"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
