"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "
