"I couldn't check in because the owner didn't show up. I waited for more than 2 hours at the entrance. The owner didn't answer the phone and didn't reply emails. This is not a hotel or even apartment. It's old and I think is illegal for rental. "

"早めに予約していたからか、露天風呂付き客室にアップグレードしていただき、大変感謝しています。 貸し切りのお風呂も無料で良心的だと思います。 温泉は硫黄の香りがする温泉でした。お天気がイマイチだったので、星空が見えなかったことが残念でしたがいいお風呂でした。 食事は掘りごたつ式のテーブルの半個室で提供いただきお味も良かったです。ただ担当してくださった方が新人なのかとてもぎこちなく少し心配になるくらいでした。"
