We had the most amazing experience during our stay here. We were treated like Kings and Queens. It truly made our honeymoon unforgettable and made our experience in Okinawa 10x better. Definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here.

Impeccable service by Shun-san and really lovely accommodation! The scent of wood used to build the accommodation is fragrant and therapeutic. The quality of the full board meals were exceptional. 10/10 would definitely be back!

Hotel is just outside Nagasaki train station and has a shopping mall next door. It's so convenient. Hotel is new and clean.

Amazing views, top notch service, attention to details, breakfast with a view! Within walking distance from train station, metres to Tenjin underground arcade. Kudos to Taka, manager of Ritz who truly gave us a warm welcome to Kyushu!

Though we go as a couple, I find that this resort caters to everyones need. There is a sort-of mini animal area (wont call it zoo though) such as water buffalo in a pond, sheep/lamb?, ducks wandering around an area which is perfect for kids. The cute part is that you can buy the feeds from a vending machine and feed the "always hungry" ducks lol the whole resort is very scenic and has recommended photo shooting area for guests which is always perfect for Asian like me. Lounge menu was alittle limited for breakfast. Suggest live egg station will be good. Quiches and finger sandwiches would be good too

Amazing hotel and location

It was a breathtaking onsen spa resort that really relax mind and soul. I love the Mt Tsurumi view from the room that blew my stress away! The private onsen in the room gives me the best of both worlds to enjoy a spectacular scenic view and yet my private enjoyment of onsen! Ticks all the right boxes and helps when we have a room with the perfect view. Struggle to think what else the hotel can do better. Kudos and looking forward to be back for sure!
