"The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of three. The two bedrooms, each with two single beds, provided more than enough space for two adults and one child. The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. PS the included breakfast is icing on the cake; it was delicious & full of options"

"My mom got her own room And it smelled okay but the room i got was very musty and there was mold on the drapes and the toilet was very stinky amd there was a sticky goo on the seat that made your butt stick to the toilet. The laundry area was unbearably smelly and made my eyes burnnn other than that was all good"

"The hotel room was a really good size, had a lot of room to place our luggage out. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location! Only gripe was the AC does not work very well, it wasn't hot but defiantly wasn't cold at the max setting. There was a sign up explaining that there wasn't a designated AC per room, but rather for the whole hotel, so custom settings wouldn't work well. If you are okay with a warmer room, like during summer, I think it is perfect! But for me personally it was hard to sleep at night."

The lobby and restaurant overlook a beautifully maintained garden and pond. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay."

"My stay at Onyado Nono Beppu was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of hospitality and the flawless attention to detail. The Onsen selection was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the baths made for an incredibly relaxing and authentic experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind. They truly haven't forgotten a single thing. Every minor detail, from the amenities to the layout and comfort of the hotel, has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. It's super convenient to the train station and main bus bus Terminal and brilliantly situated for restaurants and entertainment, that made it incredibly easy to explore the area. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing—professional, warm, and endlessly helpful. If you are coming to Beppu, do yourself a favor and stay here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!"
