"We just spent three nights at Hotel La Colina in Gijon, Spain. I have to say it’s been the highlight of our European trip. The location is secluded outside of town, but you can get into town in 10 minutes. We ate breakfast in the cafeteria every morning and the food and service were wonderful. The rooms were great, the views are fantastic, along with the hiking paths and best of all the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Highly recommended, and we will be back."

"If you want to get the full experience of surf spots vibes, meet nice people from everywhere and have all necessary commodities (cooking, refrigerator, workspace, outdoor tables and hammocks), it is the place for you ! The + : surf lessons starting directly from the garage, with 1 or 2 instructors and a small group (almost like a private class), nice ambiance and place, free breakfast every morning, 2 surf classes a day available, yoga, etc. The - : no washing machine (but a drying rack), 15/20 mins away from the beach and the center"
