"There is an upfront fee for deposit even when you use credit for the room were it’s covered under the credit card insurance! Make sure you add the breakfast to your stay if not you will have buy a breakfast for each night! And remember 11:00 is there quiet time!"

"Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either."

"The staff were super friendly but on our first night we had to switch rooms due to a marijuana smell coming through our bedroom vent. The breakfast staff were also very nice but some places weren’t super clean or a bit run down like the elevator and torn curtains in the room. However it was decent overall."

"I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one."
