"Clean and conveniently located with a ton of restaurants around. Bed was comfortable but like most hotels (this is a motel) the pillows suck! Lumpy as all. Clean room, good free breakfast, nice pool and property is clean. My room tub had a very slow drain but wow the water pressure was great and very hot water!"

"Having this clean and easy hotel to check into after a 10 hour drive from South Carolina, is the best! Everytime we come to visit our family in Virginia, we choose this place. We love the contactless check in process and the hotel is in the perfect location. Nearby shopping and restaurants. The Fredericksburg Nationals ballfield is within walking distance, too. Wegman's is across the street which is super convenient. The room itself is fully stocked with toilet paper, dish soap and a washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds and linens. The coffee was not too bad either! In the room with sugar and creamer. You really have everything you need. I love the balcony with the view of the lagoon outback. We got to see some deer eating and heard the frogs chirping. This place is the future of how staying away from home should be."
