"Tolles Hotel mitten in Westerholt. Schöne enge Gassen. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben es auf unserer Liste für ein nächstes Mal. "

"Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde mein Mitarbeiter, für den die Wohnung gebucht war völlig grundlos als Assi bezeichnet. Es wurde gedroht man hätte einen Zweitschlüssel und würde aufpassen. Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "

Eine kleine Geste des Bedauerns wäre angemessen gewesen, fehlte aber. Es waren übrigens nur wenige Tische besetzt, das Personal hatte also alle Zeit der Welt, sich auf seinen Job zu konzentrieren."
