"This is a nice modern hotel but it lacks warmth. A few extras would make this a much more attractive stay. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet in case you should need them; coffee and tea making facilities in the room would also be nice. A few pictures on the walls throughout the hotel would also give it some warmth. Good buffet breakfast though."

When we asked about the restaurant we were basically told, "cerrado, cerrado, cerrado", by the woman on reception, with no suggestions of where we might find any nearby restaurants. "Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. Everyone was approachable and relaxed and warm and friendly. I loved the variety at the buffet and the quality of the food so much that I sent a video back home...
