"Third floor walk up room in furthest building from reception and after carrying our luggage up (no elevators) we come to find that our key cards don’t work. Pretty small room. Ok for a quick stay if coming in or out of SJO for the night. This is a 3 star hotel at best. "

"We liked our stay at this hotel, and like the Japanese restaurant, but here are things that could be better: initially we stayed in a room that was too noisy (facing freeway).
