"We spent a day in Quebec city on our way home. This hotel was close enough to Old Quebec that we toured during the day and just hopped on the ferry to get to the hotel. Price point was much better AND was able to hop on the highway in no time to complete our trip."

"With Murphy bed up, room was very spacious. Decor was dark grey black and red, lighting was insufficient. Sufficient outlets hidden under desk. We did not care for the restaurant, service was very slow, food was okay. More than adequate self parking behind hotel, you must drive around the block but you can enter the hotel conference area from the parking lot. Hotel has elevators. The room has obviously been renovated recently but there was cracked grout and mildew in the shower, and a hole in the flooring under the Murphy bed. "

"We drove 6.5 hrs to stay at L’hotel from June 3-June 6th 2025 for our daughter’s 2nd birthday (June 4) the construction outside was a little inconvenient but not the Hôtels fault. We were upset that the splash pad part of the hotel was down for maintenance our entire stay. This was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel due to the splash pad being toddler based, so that was a little upsetting to find out after we had already arrived to the hotel. Our 2nd night there, we enjoyed the pool and my daughter + husband enjoyed the hot tub. On our last night there, my husband and daughter were rejected from the hot tub + the lifeguard said that she needed to be a certain height- even though she was in it the night before. So I do think the lifeguards need to get on the same page and have the same rules applied. My daughter really enjoyed the sand room that was opened our last night. Overall, we had a great visit minus the couple setbacks and we were able to enjoy our time! We would definitely visit again! :) "

"Like: After we disembarked the cruise ship and arrived at the hotel early (around 9 AM). A hotel staff allowed us to temporarily store our luggage in a secured room (our check-in time was after 3 PM) before we checked out the city. It's helpful to have hotel staffs speaking English! Although our room facing the busy street, we did not hear any noise from the street. Our room was spacious and clean! The hotel located near a large shopping mall and big food court. So, it was a plus for us! There was a secured underground parking for cars without an extra parking fee! Not like: Our room was near the elevator and we could hear teenagers talking loud at night while they were waiting for the elevators. There was a lot of wall spaces in the bath room, but there was only one hook to hang the towels! There were four of us, so we had to hang our towels in the closet to dry out!"
