"Nice"

"We stayed one night on our way back to the SW and very much look forward to our return. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cozy with a large bathroom, the grounds are beautiful and the pool with drink and food service was a perfect place to recharge. I can imagine this Mas being even cozier in the winter months! Do bring mosquito repellent if staying in the summer. They weren’t a problem at the pool but around the grounds and the outdoor dining terrace it is a must. They also sell bottle in the lobby. Because our stay was only one night we did a driving tour of parts of Camargue which the concierge helped us map out. We look forward to returning to see and do more. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "Great location to explore the old city."

"It was an okay stay overall. I had read the reviews beforehand, so my expectations were already adjusted. That said, I really don’t think this should be rated as a 4-star property—it sets an expectation the experience doesn’t live up to. The biggest challenge was finding our room. It took two of us, our driver, and even the security guard at the gate to locate it. If we had arrived after dark, it would have been very difficult. Our key was left in a lockbox in an envelope with our name on it. We had been told it was inside the building, but it was actually outside—and there were multiple envelopes, so it’s very much a trust system. The front desk was closed when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon, which was surprising. On the positive side, the room was clean and well air-conditioned, and the pool area was lovely—quiet and well maintained. However, we did have to put on our own sheets and duvet cover, which again calls the 4-star rating into question. There’s a great buffet at the hotel next door—good quality and very affordable. Just a note: the walkway to our room was broken in places and could be problematic for anyone with accessibility needs. There were also many gravel paths throughout the property. All in all, fine for what it is—but best to know what you’re getting into"

"Very friendly host. Pascal was treating guests like her own family. Great breakfast with outdoor table sitting, overlooking beautiful flowers and field. AC worked well. 7 Minutes driving to downtown Arles. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was stiflingly hot when I arrived, and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was completely useless even when the thermostat was set to the lowest temperature and the fan set at the highest speed. The settings had been removed from the air conditioning unit itself, presumably to save on energy bills from people wanting a comfortable temperature in the room on summer nights. So I ended up having to open the window all the way and prop the door open for hours just to allow some cooler evening air in, to give me a chance of getting to sleep. In addition to the air conditioning not working, the vending machine also was out of order. In order to access the WiFi, I had to go to reception to have the receptionist validate my credentials on my phone. This is my first time ever having to do this at a hotel. Positives are that it is low cost and has flexible cancellation. Just as well, as I was booked in to stay at another Première Classe on my next stop, which I decided to cancel. "
