"The rooms are nice (even the ones at the back in a boring rectangular box building). The food was very good and the staff were in general very polite. However the only let down was that there was no shower gel in the container, had to use the handwash soap dispenser by the sink for a shower. WiFi was good, TV selection limited to a few channels, check-in & out was pretty swift, general up-keep of the hotel was good. Parking was a small concern, it has a big carpark which sweeps down the side of the building but even then there was only 1 space which I gladly took.
If you get a room at the back of the hotel then be prepared for a hike as it is a long walk, especially after a 12 hour drive from the UK, carrying heavy luggage and working outside in the 36deg sun...."
"Nice well equipped room with kitchenette. Big windows that open to the garden. Nice indoor pool. Perfect for the heatwave in France. Perfect bedding."
"The note is extremely well place in Fontaibleau.
The staff are helpful and courteous,
The Spa is charming,, the water warm. the sauna clean.
II had a suite which was very well airconditooned.
The bathroom was large with bath and a spare shower."
"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Fontainebleau. Although I had a busy schedule and did not have much time to interact with the staff, the two receptionists I met at check in and check out made a great impression.
Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay.
Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau."
"The staff was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The road noise is surprisingly quiet, but bedroom doors are quite loud. Shower pressure is a bit weak but does the job.The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you get a voucher to eat at the nearby food places, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the iron to steam our clothes was not available anymore. The access to the hotel is a bit complicated: if you follow your navigation, it will make you use the motorway and do a back and forth. But there is an access the hotel without going through the motorway, look for road D225 out of Nemours."
