"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. "It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French. The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk). There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must). We were there...

"Séjours agreable, personnels sympathique mais la propreté du logement laisse vraiment a desirer. Il faut vraiment faire un effort sur ce point . Un des murs de la salle de bain avait pleins de tache jaunes, des nids d'araignées dans les angles des murs, radiateur pleins de poussières, mobilier extérieurs et étendoirs sale a notre arriver.. C'est dommage car la résidence est super jolie , avec ces petites maisonnettes. Piscine agréable, avec toboggans pour les enfants et transats "

"Résidence calme et agréable dans la nature. Mais de nombreuses prestations payantes qui n'apparaissent pas de façon suffisamment visibles sur le site Hotel.com et que l'on découvre à la dernière minute sans avoir pu s'organiser à l'avance (mentionné tout à la fin => on ne les avait pas vues) qui nous ont gâché l'arrivée à la résidence: draps payants, serviettes payantes non disponibles à l'arrivée malgré notre demande (tardive), télé payante, ménage payant à la fin du séjour + pas de papier...

"On nous informe que les animaux sont acceptés mais on nous dit pas le tarif . A l arrivée on joue l honnêteté en indiquant que nous avons un chien et la on nous annonce une somme de vingt cinq euros par nuit pour le nettoyage due au chien . Le chien coûte plus cher que l adulte alors qu il ne consommera qu un litre d eau par jour . Honteux de se faire de l argent sur les animaux. Soyez malhonnête et ne dites pas que vous avez un animal ."

"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

"Well located. Room is basic but shower is good. Generally clean. Lacking a safe, mini fridge or rubbish bin in the main room (only a small bin in bathroom). Decoration also basic but true to the pictures of the room. Private parking is good, but limited space. Overall a good stay - this hotel will provide what is needed for a basic stay, but is lacking some fundamental features which would be expected at the price point."

"We had a last minute stay at Côte-Ouest due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. So as well as being hot the mattress was too hard so our sleep was quite disturbed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, used the thalasso pool and had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. An enjoyable stay in the main."
