I came back from my holiday, it was a great stay. Everything was walking distance from the hotel to time square. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and organized. Check in & out was very smooth as well. I plan to come back.

This hotel was great, the moment we walked into our room it was just like the pictures & so aesthetically pleasing. We also had the opportunity to check in early, the first staff member we asked was kind of dismissive and said that early checks ins aren’t a thing here but we could drop off our luggage. We were so damn sweaty after walking, carrying luggage & not being used to east coast heat/humidity in the middle of August, the staff member who was going to put our luggage into hold said he would double check if the room was ready for us. Luckily this man was amazing and said our room was available and told us we could get our keycard and head up 💜. The room was perfectly air conditioned, the bed and pillows were very comfy, the sofa couch was a bit not great. I travelled with my mom & grandma so there were 3 adults total. I did not realize the sofa couch was a fold out until day 2, when I folded it out the mattress seemed very used and sunken in the middle. I elected to sleep on the sofa in its couch form because it was wide and comfy enough as is. I just wish there were extra sheets provided, I know I could have asked for some but didn’t feel the need to if they knew we had 3 adults & sofa bed would be used. Other than that the hotel was great, staff were lovely (besides the first person) & it was a great location to walk Chinatown & little Italy with a subway station right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again & recommend!
