My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

They will nickel and dime you on everything, they wanted to charge me $30 to use a bell cart, $10 to receive a replacement credit card the bank mailed to the resort for me. I could go on and on.

We always stay at this hotel, but this time time they shot down the pool. They said air quality was bad, all other pools in the area all opened, I believe they didn't have enough staff and had to shut it down. Would check with them prior to see if there opened.
