"Great rooms "

"This is a good choice for an overnight stay before having an early flight out. The airport shuttle was very convenient and ran on time, no charge. The location is not attractive, but it was convenient for proximity to airport. We arrived at 5 p.m. the day before our flight out and wanted to see Mexico City and have dinner that night. We asked about getting an Uber and where we should go with limited time. Hector, at the front desk, offered to connect us with a driver to arrange a private tour, which was exactly what we wanted and not too pricy. The driver, Carlos, took us to the main places of interest, let us get out to take pictures, walked with us to ensure our safety, and took us to a good restaurant with tipical Mexican food that was not so crowded as to have a long wait. That was what made our stay at the Fiesta Inn really special. Our room was okay -- clean and comfortable, but small and very basic. "

"Staff all very helpful and pleasant and efficient. Rooms clean . Beds super comfortable . Elevators fast and never had to wait long. Periods of time for them . Money exchange inside hotel so safe and convenient . Show at night was outstanding ! We enjoyed it tremendously. Musical presentation very well done . Breakfast great ! "

"I absolutely loved our hotel! I would use the word "spotless" to describe the cleanliness. The staff was accommodating and nice. I loved how the hotel arranged a face painter for Dia de Los Muertos. It was so convenient. It is located walking distance to the zocalo. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend. Oh, and the food was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily water fridge for all guests. I am a person who drinks a ton of water so that was a plus lol. "
