Did not have room with balcony as booked for first night but offered mini bar/ prosecco service as apology - was available our second night but we chose not to move. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The location is excellent—it is very close to the train terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room itself is brand new and clean, with impressively high ceilings that make the space feel wide and open. One small drawback is that the wooden floors tend to make hair and dust quite visible. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop is still under construction and the 5th-floor restaurant is not open yet. However, the breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk staff provided great service throughout our stay. I would love to visit again once the rooftop is fully open!

"Had a very good experience here. Hosts do not speak English, but were very patient with me as I used Google Translate to communicate. Woman at the desk was very kind. I had arrived late and was able to check in without issue. The suite is great - there is a full bathroom, bedroom and kitchen / dining ..."
