The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as my elderly and infirm parents required a room close to reception - not far to walk - so she changed the room for easier access. "Though they do not speak much English, we made it work. They were very nice and accommodating, providing a hair dryer and wi-if. It’s a nice, clean, European hotel. The restaurant meal was excellent as well. They also helped obtain a taxi when I had to leave before the office opened in the morning. "
