"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "This place has a great location. Just outside of the heart of la Fortuna. It was safe, peaceful and we had everything we needed to make our own meals. It is a gated home/parking which was unique.
