Mauvaise nuit

Nous avons très mal dormi. Ce motel est coincé entre deux bars et la cacophonie était juste insupportable. Ensuite, toute la nuit des noix de l'arbre au dessus de la chambre tombaient à intervalles régulières en faisant un bruit pas possible. Le chauffe eau était aussi brisé donc pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Finalement, les ressorts du matelas nous rentrait dans le dos. Je sais bien qu'à ce prix la il ne faut pas s'attendre à un 5 étoiles, mais là c'était quand même impossible de dormir. Pour 10$ il y a des hôtels vraiment mieux au centre de la ville.

Outstanding staff.

Staff were very helpful to me when I broke out in hives. Rewashed bedding in hypoallergenic soap and even took me to pharmacy to get antihistamines. Pedro Lee is a gem! Booked great excursions for me, at times with a discount. Clean, basic, comfortable with lovely staff.

A great budget hotel with perfect view of volcano

Had a really great time in Arenal Rossi for 3 days. Being located in the most strategic location, with a great view of the volcano, the hotel is easily commutable to the downtown, and other adventure activities. Being a budget hotel for both backpackers and family is certainly an added advantage. My special mention goes to the 2 great care takers, Pedro and Joseua, who did a splendid job while I was staying. They charted the plan for me and helped me in every possible way to ensure that I had a great time. The icing on the cake being, they also gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room with A/C. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Lindo Hotel mal servicio

La zona es buena ya que queda cercano del pueblo, de las zonas termales de una cascada, el servicio dejo que desear (no sabían si ya se había pagado la reservación o no) y la ayuda para conseguir tours era más cara que el promedio por fuera, el desayuno de su restaurante no es bueno de acuerdo al precio.

In general, Good hotel and great owner! He helped us a lot :) we only stayed one day but it was very near to the Baldi hot springs and also near to the main bus station. At night it was a bit noisy as our bedroom was very near to the street. Also we heard people next door but we were so tired that we slep well.

The staff Staff at hotel Rossi, are Excellent! Pamela was so helpful and informative. We came in a day later than planned, she was able to rearrange our days and reimburse us for the in used day. It a basic hotel, but it is clean and really convenient to activities in the arenal area.

Petit hotel sympa. Accueil chaleureux mais sans plus. A l'extérieur du centre, manque de commodités dans la chambre. A notre arrivée, pas de verre pour boire ni de ceintres pour nos vêtements, un seul crochet dans la salle de bain et aucun endroit pour installer nos choses. Ça ne coûte pas cher des crochets et des tablettes....Pas cher mais quand même.
