This is easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! Perfectly designed modern rooms with excellent amenities. Fabulous service too. Even welcomed us with fresh coconut water! Short walking distance to all the restaurants. I highly recommend this place. Raul and Karina were the most gracious hosts!

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. The property is modern and new. Free parking. Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Area and property felt very safe. Would stay there again.

New construction and clean. Loved the landscaping and zen feel. Access to full kitchen. They offered snacks and beverages. The front door entrance lock was a little tricky.

Hotel location was perfect, near to restaurants and transportation to access tourist attractions in Fortuna; hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable, very safe for sure; staff were super friendly, knowleadable and helpful; I would come back

Allan and Jorge were very kind of persons, I did a hard hike and I was tired, I found this villa I called to see if they have a room to rest, they prepared immediate the room and gave me a coconut water the make feel better, this is a great please to have chill and rest, the villas have beautiful design and each space is nice also this have a perfect location with a lot of options of restaurants to just waking distance.

What an awesome place to stay! La Fortuna is an awesome place and this was the best accommodations by far! The place was modern, super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed including an awesome kitchen to make meals and save some money on eating out all the time. But even more amazing were the staff. So lovely and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure out stay was the best. We highly recommended staying at Susa Villas!!! Thanks for everything!!

AMAZING this place is absolutely gorgeous, high standard of decoration, comfort and amenities. The owners are so welcoming and helpful and will help you plan and even book tours and transport for you. Its really good value, top accommodation at middle range prices...definitely recommend

The villa was amazing, the services as well. The staff were very nice, extremely helpful, responded to our requests and provided very helpful suggestions (thank you Mariano and Luis :)). By far the best accommodation we had in Costa Rica.

Wow! Esta propiedad merece las 5 estrellas. Desde la comunicación previa hasta la salida, no dejó de sorprendernos. La decoración, la comodidad, los aditamentos, todo estuvo espectacular. I had to make quick arrangements for a trip to Fortuna and found Suwa (which someone previously suggested to me) on Expedia. I was fortunate to find a room at a very affordable rate for a place that should be a 5-star property. The rooms a confortable, beautiful with a mix of local modern style. I was received at the door by the owner and staff with a cold coconut water refreshment. The staff was very helpful and charming and helped me greatly to arrange daytrips around the region. Their breakfasts were made on the spot with local ingredients, fruit and delicious coffee. I would highly recommend Suwa Villa Arenal to anyone visiting Fortuna.
