This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. There is a touch-sensor in the room to operate the lights and the metal screens. It works some of the time. Other than this poorly-engineered concept of room ambience, we really loved our experience at the hotel.

Hotel was very new, clean and modern. I had a room next to a small creek which had water flowing which gave a nice ambiance while resting on the patio. The restaurant was super clean and modern and the staff were amazing. The hotel is next to a marina, and there are nice walking paths with benches to sit and enjoy a sunset or sunrise. Highly recommend this hotel.

Eigentlich neueres Hotel. Musste aber zuerst den Ablauf in der Dusche reinigen, damit das Wasser abläuft. Wasserhahn beim Waschbecken lottert. Das Morgenbuffet ist i.o., mehr aber auch nicht. Das Personal ist jedoch freundlich.

Buen hotel con servicio lejano.
Buen hotel pero el servicio no interactúa con el cliente. Tratan de automatizarlo todo lo incluso la atención personalizada. El problema es que cometen errores y ellos que habitualmente son “perdonados” con la atención personal no sucede cuando no la hay. Por ejemplo la calefacción no estaba prendida cuando llegamos. Nosotros mismos debimos experimentar cómo ponerla en marcha. Y no fue lo único.

Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Herr beim Frühstücksbuffet. Er war langsam, es war nicht aufgefüllt und die Gäste mussten 30min auf frisches Brot warten... Die junge Dame hingegen war absolut TOP! Sehr speditiv und freundlich. Hat sofort gesehen wenn etwas gefehlt hat.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Nur die Zimmerauswahl war anfangs unklar weil es liegt am See, aber Zimmer mit "Seeblick" hat es (vermutlich) nicht. Auch eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Nimmt man Zimmer mit Gartenblick, dann hat man Aussicht auf den Garten des Hotels, wo auch die Hauptterrasse des Hotels ist und seitlich davon sieht mann dann doch ein wenig See...

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Als störend empfanden wir den Griff der Badezimmertür, dieser ist einfach zu klein um die Scheibetür aufzubekommen. Es fehlte uns ein Mülleimer im Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Die Lichtschalter des Zimmers sehen zwar cool aus, sind allerdings eine Katastrophe zu bedienen. Das Handy leuchtet in der Nacht und ist nicht umzuschalten. Es fehlten uns Möglichkeiten Kleider auzuhänken. Alles ist sehr modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Bei der Bedienung beim Frühstück gab es Unterschiede beim Service am Tisch. Am ersten Tag wurden wir gefragt was wir als Beilage möchten am 3. Tag mussten wir nachfragen um die Beilagen zu bekommen. Sollte selbstverständlich sein wenn es keinen Self service gibt und das Frühstück 18€ pro Person pro Tag kostet. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Sehr neues Hotel, sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das Service-Personal im Restaurant war jedoch noch nicht gut eingespielt, teilweise wirkten sie gestresst und es gab längere Wartezeiten. Das Essen war gut. Das Frühstück wurde serviert, leider kein Buffet
