"The property is disgusting which we kind of expected from the reviews, we were only staying for 1 night so thought we'd take the risk, we definitely wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though! The area was lovely, kept the kids busy all day with a bouncy castle, beach and park, unfortunately the water slide wasn't open though. The restaurant and staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Très déçu de la prestation repas : Fish and chips insipide. Je demande si dans le tarte aux pommes il y a de la cannelle car je suis allergique, on me dit que non alors qu'il y en a quand on me la sert. Petit déjeuner : Pain aux graines immangeable tellement il est dur, je me sert du fromage blanc et de la compote celle ci est périmée et pique au goût...et je ne parle pas de la tonne de poussière dans la chambre, j'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit, pour éviter toute crise d'asthme. Quand j'indique le problème le matin lors de mon départ, on me répond que le problème est connue mais les femmes de ménages ne peuvent pas déplacer les meubles au vue du poids....Moi je l'ai fait moi même. "
