I never got a feedback form about my call to Expedia. This hotel is closed. I called the Saturday before my reservation concerned that I couldn’t contact the hotel. I was told not to worry, that I would be taken care of. When I got to La Jolla the hotel was closed. I made this reservation in November because I was attending Comic Con and I knew hotels would be booked. When I contacted Expedia about the hotel being closed I was given terrible alternatives while being told “there is a convention in town”. The first hotel I was offered was across the border in Mexico! I was forced to sleep on someone’s floor and still have not received my refund. I doubt I will ever use Expedia again and have been sure to tell everyone how terrible my experience has been. There are many other options for booking online and I will make sure to try others before ever coming back to Expedia.
