The hotel was a road back from the main road, but easy to park on the street-free. Clean and friendly a couple of good restaraunts in walking disrance and Gibraltar border 40 mins flat walk. The balcony look directly over the bay and Gibraltar.

Yes, the room was clean, condition ok, but it is an old hotel. Lift is tiny..Neigbourhood is still unpleasant and leaves a lot to be desired..the staff however were welcoming. I consider the hotel good value as long as you are not seeking upmarket.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was perfect, great water pressure. Balcony was so nice. Location was perfect with a nice supermarket next door. Parking in the underground parkade was very easy for European parkades. Still very narrow of course! Would def stay here again.

El trato muy cordial, pero las dependencias muy antiguas y poco seguras. Cómo ejemplo, La puerta sin pestillo/cierre adicional. Tuve que cenar en el restaurant del hotel y me fui sin apenas probar la ensalada César que pedí. Algunas lechugas pasadas, el pollo recién sacado de la nevera, salsa en exceso.

Fantastic place ! We had a balcony and view of the water and the rock of Gibralter. We didn’t have breakfast there but it was offered for a few. there is a small fridge and coffee maker in the room and a small elevator perfect for luggage. About 20-25 minute walk to the border or 5-10 by car. super comfy bed and clean w. c.

Really disappointed to have booked a hotel with a pool and the pool not be available. Even though it was advertised as being available 'June - September' and we were there in mid September, sunny and 25+ degrees every day. When I sent a message I was met with an incredibly unprofessional 8-word response, and when I followed up they ignored me. Without this, the experience was only ok. The breakfast seemed ridiculously over-priced so we didn't use that. I'd strongly recommend choosing a different hotel as they over-charge for what your getting versus other hotels in the area.
