Reasonable breakfast, underground parking (for a fee) and good staff. Also good location for touring Gibraltar. However, essentially no money has been spent to keep the place up to date. Stained hallway carpets, ancient room furniture, junky deck furniture. If you can find a better option, do it.

We appreciated the included breakfast for each day of our stay! There just really aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby and the area isn’t very lively. The wifi was good in the lower levels but we had horrible connection on the 6th floor - my husband works remote so that posed some issues. Overall it is a good, basic hotel for the cost and we had a comfortable stay!

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Location was excellent, short walk to restaurants and Gibraltar border. No breakfast was included. Parking was included which was a bonus. Room was spacious, some of the furnature was showing its age and needed to be replaced. Shower and tub definitely needs upgrading as it showed its age the most. Very large balcony on 7th floor with nice view of the Rock. House keeping should make a little more effort insuring that the floors are clean. Walked around in bare feet and had stuff stuck to feet, subsequent shower showed the dirt that wasked off my feet.

Big sprawling building with underground parking. Nice big modern room. Directions to some rooms not available depending on elevator you take. Colossal empty terrace which unfortunately cannot be meaningfully used. Large breakfast buffet. Extremely close to border.

After always attending this hotel I have had some bad times, but this time was brilliant. The staff were attentive, very helpful. The man at breakfast and dinner clearing the tables always made my little one smile and greeted him! The room was more up to date this time, and the view was outstanding! The pool was beautiful as always. Food was good, could be a little more selection but for the price! Was amazing. Perfecta !!

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, overlooking the beautiful marina, was ideal for access to Gibraltar and the centre of La Linea, with the lovely beach just a 200metre walk. The food was excellent, the room clean and spacious with a marina and Gibraltar view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only criticism was that the toilets were low for tall elderly people.

Nice hotel , very close to the border to Gibraltar , about 15 minute walk , it has parking for 12 euro a day which is good for the area, and nice restaurant . The room is clean and the pool looks nice as well , I did not use it because no time but it looks very nice . The room is clean and large and the staff is very friendly . The town center is also short walk .
