"This was such a lovely stay. We were in a casita with a king-sized bed. The space was a very comfortable studio with a small separation between the bed area and the living area. We had a mostly screened in porch with comfortable chairs—the screens definitely need replacing. The kitchen area had a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge. There were two comfortable chairs and a small sofa, as well as a kitchen table—I think it had 3-4 chairs. There was as a gas burning fireplace which we didn’t use, and the air conditioning was very efficient and cool. Our bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. There were definitely some quirks—the tub faucet sat very far to the left, and the tub itself was slick, but overall, we loved it!
The Abiquiú Inn is spacious—we never heard our neighbors. We enjoyed exploring the sculpture garden and all of the art work throughout the property. We ate three meals there, and breakfast was my favorite, although the coffee and lattes were weak. At breakfast, I know it sounds strange, but give the oatmeal a try—it is really special!"
